Service Description

If you're wanting to go darker than your current hair color, this service is for you! Color placement is custom to each client to create gorgeous movement. *Price varies depending on hair length and density.

Cancellation Policy

ALL CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING MUST BE DONE BY CONTACTING OUT OF LINE COLOR DIRECTLY ​ DEPOSITS & RESCHEDULING: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Each client gets *one* courtesy reschedule, to be used within four weeks of the original appointment. IT MUST BE RESCHEDULED AT LEAST 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT. Rescheduling within that three-day window will be deemed a cancellation and will forfeit the deposit. ​ CANCELLATIONS & FEES: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you must cancel, please let us know as soon as possible! Appointments cancelled before 72 hours forfeit the deposit, but are not subject to any additional fees. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours or less are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or less are subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. NO-CALL/NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE AND WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE CLIENT LIST IMMEDIATELY. ​ When you make your appointment with us, we reserve that time and make it exclusively yours. A missed appointment means a loss of availability for other clients, as well as loss of income for your stylist, as it can be difficult to fill a last minute cancellation. We do realize that sometimes situations arise that are completely out of one's control, so we ask that you please just be communicative and give us as much notice as possible. Thank you! :)
