Q: I'm a new client, how do I know which service to book?

A: YAY new client! Super stoked and honored to get my hands in your hair :) 

I require all new color clients to book a complimentary consultation through my website. That will ensure that we are able to properly discuss your hair history, goals, and how many sessions it may take to get you to where you'd like to be. It also gives us time to test the integrity of your hair and discuss pricing/your budget!

If you live far away and a consultation at isn't an option, please contact me directly and we'll figure something out! :)

Q: I've used henna hair color in the past, will you color my hair?

A: Okay so here's the thing: if your hair is longer than shoulder length and/or you've colored your hair with henna within the last two years, I will not touch your hair (unless you're willing to chop all that henna off). Henna can have an adverse reaction with the chemicals that I use and I couldn't forgive myself if your hair melted away! You're welcome to contact me for other options though!

Q: Why does your pricing for chemical services vary?

A: My prices are subject to increase based on length and density of the hair, desired look, and time it takes. Base price is $140 per hour. All product, leave-in treatment, blowout, style, and trim are included in that hourly price. 

Let me put it this way: if you have shoulder length hair and you want all of your hair to be, say, bright red -it wouldn't be fair of me to charge you the same amount that I charged someone yesterday for a full head of rainbows on hair down to their lower back.

**A consultation will be helpful to you because I will be able to give you an accurate quote :)

Q: Do you do kids' hair?

A: YES!!! Absolutely! I would love to help your little one live out their fun hair color dreams! Parents will be required to sign a waiver, and must stay throughout the duration of the child's appointment.

POLICIES 

ALL CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING MUST BE DONE BY CONTACTING OUT OF LINE COLOR DIRECTLY

RESCHEDULING:

APPOINTMENTS MUST BE RESCHEDULED AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT. 

CANCELLATIONS & FEES:

If you must cancel, please let us know as soon as possible!

-Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or less are subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service.

-NO-CALL/NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE AND WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE CLIENT LIST IMMEDIATELY.

When you make your appointment with us, we reserve that time and make it exclusively yours. A missed appointment means a loss of availability for other clients, as well as loss of income for your stylist, as it can be difficult to fill a last minute cancellation.

We do realize that sometimes situations arise that are completely out of one's control, so we ask that you please just be communicative and give us as much notice as possible.

REFUNDS:

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, things happen - we're all human - and we will work tirelessly to ensure your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact Adria directly within 7 days so that we can correct any mistakes that may have been made.
