REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW COLOR CLIENTS
Service Description
Required before any new color client can book a service, but is generally recommended before ANY service! This allows us to discuss your ultimate hair goals, how many sessions it could take to achieve your tired look, maintenance, timing, and rates. It also gives me the opportunity to evaluate the integrity of your hair! *I WILL NOT APPROVE ANY COLOR APPOINTMENTS FOR NEW CLIENTS UNTIL YOU HAVE BOOKED A CONSULTATION FOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF THE DESIRED SERVICE
Cancellation Policy
ALL CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING MUST BE DONE BY CONTACTING OUT OF LINE COLOR DIRECTLY DEPOSITS & RESCHEDULING: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Each client gets *one* courtesy reschedule, to be used within four weeks of the original appointment. IT MUST BE RESCHEDULED AT LEAST 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT. Rescheduling within that three-day window will be deemed a cancellation and will forfeit the deposit. CANCELLATIONS & FEES: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you must cancel, please let us know as soon as possible! Appointments cancelled before 72 hours forfeit the deposit, but are not subject to any additional fees. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours or less are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or less are subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. NO-CALL/NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE AND WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE CLIENT LIST IMMEDIATELY. When you make your appointment with us, we reserve that time and make it exclusively yours. A missed appointment means a loss of availability for other clients, as well as loss of income for your stylist, as it can be difficult to fill a last minute cancellation. We do realize that sometimes situations arise that are completely out of one's control, so we ask that you please just be communicative and give us as much notice as possible. Thank you! :)
